16 April 08 - on Good Friday 21 March the Severn Valley Railway reopened to the public over its full length for the first time since most of the line was forced to close due to flood damage in summer 2007. A new attraction, the Engine House visitor centre at Highley, also opened at the same time. 18 pics added from this event.

22 July 07 - No updates for over a month unfortunately, as the weather has been so bad over the last few weeks that it has not been worth going anywhere. However I am planning to cover the steam gala at Foxfield next weekend, then I am spending a few days in the South West so hopefully I will be able to visit a few railways down there. Keep checking the site for updates.
