Lewisham at Caverswall road, 15 Jul 2006. Built by W.G. Bagnall at the Castle Works, Stafford in 1927 [works no.2221] for the Shropshire Beet Sugar Co, Lewisham is unusual in that it has very small 2ft 9 in driving wheels and a low running plate, possibly because of low clearances in the sugar works. It worked for British Sugar until 1970 and has been at Foxfield ever since.
