Unrebuilt “West Country” Pacific no.21C123 “Blackmoor Vale” at Sheffield Park in the morning of 31 May 2006. Designed by Oliver Bulleid and built in 1946 the locomotive carries Southern livery and Bulleid’s French style numbering, 21C being the French equivalent of 4-6-2.
