Light Pacific no. 21C123 “Blackmoor Vale” at Sheffield Park being prepared for the following days service. Designed by Oliver Bulleid and built in 1946 the locomotive carries Southern livery and Bulleid’s French style numbering, 21C being the French equivalent of 4-6-2. 19 Sep 2003.
