The railway’s other Quarry Hunslet, Alice, being shunted into the yard at Llanuwchllyn by diesel loco Bob Davies on 29 Apr 2006. Alice is a sister engine to Holy War, also being supplied new to the Dinorwic quarry in 1902 where it worked until 1960. It is preserved in a condition close to original, with no cab and dumb [unsprung] buffers.
