LNER Thompson B1 no.1306 Mayflower standing at Shackerstone, 25 Nov 2006. Built in 1948 just after nationalisation, this engine entered service as BR no. 61306. It has been restored in LNER apple green and now carries the name from another B1, no.61379. Normally based at the Nene Valley, Mayflower is visiting the Battlefield Line for the Santa season.
