The Battlefield Line in Leicestershire operates a 4 mile section of the former Ashby and Nuneaton Joint Railway, opened in 1873 by the LNW and Midland railways. From its base at Shackerstone the line runs to Shenton, on the site of the 1485 Battle of Bosworth. Click on the links below to see the pictures.
